If you fill in our contact form we will use your details to reply to you, but will not keep a copy of them (unless you have requested to go on our volunteer list).
We will keep your details securely and contact you only when the village is in need of volunteers. We will ask you to help as infrequently as possible – aiming for not more than four times a year.
If you attend our public meeting, we will ask for your email so we can send you the minutes. If you consent, we may occasionally then contact you regarding upcoming events. If you have indicated that you may be willing to volunteer, we may contact you when such volunteers are needed.
Your contact details will be held securely. We will store as little personal data as possible and only for as long as needed. You can ask us at any time to delete your details.
If you use the “Leave a Reply” box on the website to add a comment on any of our posts, you may opt-in to saving your name and email address in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. We will not use these details in any other way.
If you use the “Leave a Reply” box, the comment is retained indefinitely.
