Description
An attractive wildflower which is also good for gardens. The flowers of red campion are important for various pollinating insects, including bees, butterflies and hoverflies. Plants form clumps of leaves from which emerge flowering stems up to 1m tall. Likes light shade. Will self-seed. Flowers from May to July.
